The third edition of the Shine A Light: Voice of the Silent Hills music festival, will take place from 2nd to 4th December, 2016 at Sa I Mika Park in Sohra, Meghalaya. It will be a three day festival that will be supported by the changing scenic beauty, giving music lovers a most mesmerizing experience.

The idea of “Shine A Light : Voice of The Silent hills” was born with a dream of putting together a common platform for genuine musicians from around the locality and from across boundaries to celebrate Rock n Roll.
