Jyotismita Baishya, a singer originally from Nalbari but presently based in Guwahati, Assam, has been making waves in the music scene. Apart from performing on stage, she has also released her own songs. Notably, in 2024, the renowned Assamese singer and record producer Rupam Bhuyan selected her as one of the four singers for Chaya Chobi Chapter 3. Furthermore, she collaborated with Jim Ankan Deka for the Music Malt Live Sessions, where they breathed new life into old Assamese songs and folk music.
